Shipping and Processing: Your purchase will be shipped via United States Postal Service within three to five business days to allow for payment confirmation. At this time, shipping is not available outside the United States. Rates for shipping in the continental U.S are listed below. Please call for rates for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

Returns: 5 Day Limited Guarantee- Please follow these guidelines to return for exchange or refund. Refund will be for cost of item only, not shipping. Jewelry, books and accessories, must be returned in original, new condition we sent to you with appropriate tags. You will be able to try on the item but the tag must still be attached and with no signs of tampering or removal. We do this to protect the integrity of the item for other consumers. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery for a return authorization number. Returns are never accepted without one. Florida Cowgirls is not responsible for manufacture defects unless we are contacted within 5 days of delivery. Enclose a copy of receipt so that we can credit your account immediately. We are not responsible for returned items that have been lost in return shipping. Refunds will not be issued for lost items.
